Refund and Cancellation Policy
These terms and conditions set the basis for using our online website (Pkcdigital.com), Customer Support, and Stores to place orders for items from PKC Digital. All payments made through these channels will be in favour of PKC Digital.
By ordering/purchasing goods from PKC Digital, it is implied that you have understood and accepted the mentioned terms. If there is anything you do not understand, please reach out to our customer support team for assistance.

Payment
- We accept all major credit cards/debit cards through Razorpay.
- You DO NOT need a Razorpay Account to make the Payment.
- We can also help you make the Payment over the phone / Chat / Email by Virtual terminal ( Razorpay) subject to your authorization by email at admin@pkcdigital.com.
Shipping & delivery
Delivery is free of charge throughout India, and no minimum order value is required. (for special delivery requests, contact us at admin@pkcdigital.com / 8149538879 )
Cancellation
You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it. We do not accept cancellations beyond 24 hours unless there are extenuating circumstances. If we accept a cancellation beyond 24 hours, it will be at our discretion, and the refund will only be in the form of a credit voucher code. You can cancel your order through your account on our website. Cancellation requests can be processed over the phone, email or through online chat services.
Product Quality
At our Company, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality products. So you can be confident that the products you receive will be of excellent quality and will meet or exceed your expectations.
However, it’s important to remember that most of the products listed on our website are photographed under professional studio lights. As a result, there may be slight variations in colour when the product is delivered.
Delay order
Occasionally, a product may not be able to be produced as per the output expected due to complexities in production. In these cases, we may seek your approval before continuing with production. However, this may result in a delay in your order.
It’s important to know that you cannot cancel your order at any time during the garment construction process.
Exchange
There will be no deduction or additional charges for the exchange
(if in exchange, the size differs, there might be an additional charge)
Refund
If an order is cancelled within 24 hours, a credit voucher code for future purchases or refund will be issued to the customer’s bank account. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days. Processing returns may be slightly delayed during peak periods such as sales or festive periods. Products purchased during or on sale are not eligible for refunds. At no point in time will we issue refunds that exceed the product value.

As a customer, you’ll need to provide your billing information like your name, contact details, and address. Your payment information will also be required. It is so we can process your order and get it to you as quickly as possible.
